The Story:
The Fruits of the Philippines is a collection of popular Filipino fruits, including mango, guava, makopa, and more! Each little fruit is inspired by traditional folktales about each fruit’s origin. Read them here.
If you thought the earrings were small, wait till you see these precious little pendants! The tiny fruits and dainty chain make these necklaces perfect for layering and adding a bright pop of color to your neck stack!
Each piece is handwoven by yours truly using tiny glass beads. It took me nearly 6 months to perfect each fruit, as I really wanted to get the proportions of our native fruits just right. This collection is a labor of love, and my way of sharing Filipino stories with the world.
Size: Pendants measure about 1.5 cm. Chain is 16 inches, plus 2 inch extender chain.
Materials: Glass seed beads, waxed thread, stainless steel chain. Stainless steel findings make these safe for sensitive skin.
