Jade Vine Earrings

The Flower:

Strongylodon macrobotrys is a woody vine that grows in forested ravines along streams. The vine's vivid blue, claw-like flowers are luminous at night, attracting bats that act as the plant's pollinators. Its flower clusters can grow up to 3 feet long! Like many of our endemic flora, the jade vine is endangered due to loss of habitat.

Size: Drops 2.5 cm.

Materials: Cold porcelain, resin, stainless steel posts and backs. Stainless steel findings make these safe for sensitive ears.
